PORTFOLIO > OUR TRIP TO ITALY WITH RICK STEVES

Then it was time for some hands-on cooking fun. We visited a cooking school to be shown how to make pasta sheets and then use the extruding machine to fashion noodles. We also prepared pots of simmering onions, mushrooms, and chicken slices, and when all was cooked, we sat down to a feast of our own making!

After our lunch, the afternoon was free to visit wherever we wanted. We opted to explore the Galileo Museum, with intriguing physics and mathematical exhibits.
