This 10-day Rick Steves tour to Venice, Florence, and Rome starts in the beautiful Venetian city. My husband and I followed the detailed directions by Bea, our tour guide, on how to maneuver from the Venice Marco Polo Airport to buses and vaparettos and on foot over walking bridges and down alleyways to our first lodging in Italy, Hotel la Fenice.
There we met with Bea and our new traveling buddies, 26 other eager adventurers.
